1. Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Tyres must not have been mounted, driven on, or otherwise used.
  • You must have a proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Return an Item

Please include your order number and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change a product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including replacing or refunding the item at no cost to you.
