We want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns, refunds and damaged item claims are handled, along with the conditions your item must meet.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review the returns conditions below before sending any item back.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging and supported by proof of purchase.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Tyres must not have been mounted, driven on or otherwise used.
  • You must have proof of purchase such as an invoice or order confirmation.

Please note that returns may be refused if these conditions are not met.

How to return an item

To start a return, please contact us first by email.

Please include your order number and the reason for return. We will then provide return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be sent to your original method of payment.
  • You will usually receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s processing time.

Return shipping

You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, any original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change a product, please return the original item and place a new order separately.

Damaged or incorrect items

If the item you received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the issue as quickly as possible and help resolve it, including replacement or refund where appropriate.
